Dr. Ulrich von Laibach is the discoverer of the infamous "dunkelsfluid", the dark fluid, a matter still not yet fully understood that can be used to power devices and heal mammal's injuries. As he was serving during the First World War, Dr. Ulrich von Laibach, was forced by circumstances to try for the first time a derivative on the dark fluid on gravely injured soldiers. Little did he know that those soldiers were the team of Dr. Klaus von der Selgenstadt, the inventor of sound based "shock and awe" weaponry. The exact circumstances under which Herr Doktor und his team suffered those injuries are unclear, but those were so serious that it forced Dr. Laibach to rush the use of his experimental dark fluid derivative to heal them. Through shared interested for forgotten science, Dr. Ulrich von Laibach and Dr. Klaus von der Selgenstadt built a lasting friendship, maintaining an epistolary collaboration through the troubled XXth century.
They recently decided to combine their knowledge and sterbcore is the result of this cooperation.
